Design and validate a scalable, efficient, and sustainable Salesforce architecture for multi-cloud global implementations
Evaluate proposed solutions for maintainability, extensibility, and long-term viability
Align all architectural decisions with the Salesforce product roadmap, enterprise architecture principles, and internal standards
Define configuration standards, design patterns, and guardrails for functional and technical teams
Review and approve functional designs across workstreams (Sales, Service, CLM, Integration, Data, RFP, etc.)
Translate business strategies and requirements into holistic Salesforce solutions that balance user experience, performance, and compliance
Ensure alignment between technical teams, functional SMEs, and business owners to deliver solutions on schedule
Partner with the Integration Lead to design robust integration architecture with SAP, Agiloft, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
Validate data flows, API usage, middleware strategy, and integration patterns
Support data strategy activities, including data migration, mapping, and cleansing (in collaboration with Data Lead and SI)
Provide architectural oversight throughout discovery, design, build, testing, and cutover phases
Review solution designs to ensure adherence to best practices, security frameworks, and change control processes
Support DevOps alignment, including environment strategy, release sequencing, and deployment governance
Participate in workshops, design reviews, RFP evaluations, and architecture decision records
Communicate architectural risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to program leadership and executive stakeholders
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect
Strong expertise in Salesforce solutions architecting and multi-cloud architecture across multiple Salesforce clouds, including Sales, Service, and CLM
Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and sustainable Salesforce architectures that adhere to Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards
Hands-on experience with integration strategies involving enterprise platforms such as SAP, Agiloft, and Workday, including API usage, middleware strategies, and integration patterns
Experience with data migration, mapping, and cleansing processes in collaboration with data teams
Demonstrated ability to provide architectural oversight and lead cross-functional teams, including system integrators, technical leads, and business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of architectural governance, DevOps alignment (environment strategy, release sequencing, and deployment governance), and adherence to security frameworks
Salesforce Cloud certifications are required, preferably multiple across the Salesforce Platform; strong preference for candidates holding Sales and Service Cloud certifications, with Marketing or Development certifications considered advantageous but not essential
