Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Pega platform architecture, AI-driven decisioning, optimization, and integrations, with a strong focus on delivering scalable and high-performing applications in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Design Leadership- Own end-to-end Pega solution architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, guidelines, and best practices
- Lead design of case management, decisioning, and integration frameworks
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and architectural principles
- Act as the primary technical authority for design and implementation decisions

AI, Decisioning & Optimization- Architect and implement Pega AI, Decisioning, and Next-Best-Action (NBA) solutions
- Drive intelligent automation and process optimization initiatives
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven insights to enhance business outcomes
- Lead performance tuning and system optimization efforts

Integration & Data Architecture- Design and oversee integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Lead database design and optimization using Oracle and advanced SQL
- Ensure secure, scalable integration with enterprise systems
- Guide teams on data modeling, data pages, and caching strategies

Technical & Team Leadership- Mentor and guide developers, senior engineers, and technical leads
- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and architectural walkthroughs
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Architects, and QA teams
- Provide production support guidance and root-cause analysis

Agile & Delivery Management- Act as technical lead in Agile/Scrum environments
- Support sprint planning, release planning, and execution
- Track deliverables, dependencies, and risks using Jira
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery through close stakeholder collaboration

Quality Engineering & Automation- Drive API testing using Postman
- Promote test automation using MABL
- Define quality standards, NFRs, and acceptance criteria
- Support CI/CD aligned architecture and automated testing strategies
Required Skills & Experience

Core Skills- Pega Platform (PRPC) Certified Pega Lead System Architect (CLSA) Mandatory
- Strong experience in Pega architecture, design, and governance
- Expertise in Pega AI / Decisioning / Optimization
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Database & SQL
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
- Experience with Postman and MABL
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with Jira
