Baer is looking for ServiceNow Technical Architect for a 6+ month remote project.
Title: ServiceNow Technical Architect
Location: Remote (Must be based in US)
Duration: 6 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: W2 or C2C (Single Person LLC, Vendors not Permitted)
Description:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements.
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications and modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and other platform solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, integrations, and customizations.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems to ensure smooth data flow and cross-functional automation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Utilize ServiceNow s Scripted REST APIs, integration tools, and automation frameworks to enhance platform functionality.
Develop and support ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions.
Participate in configuration, testing, and implementation activities across ServiceNow modules.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Architect or Senior Developer.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and IRM.
Strong background in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, integrations, and solution design.
Experience developing Scripted REST APIs and using integration tools (MID Server, IntegrationHub, etc.).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) preferred.
ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect certification is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
