We are looking for a dedicated Consumer Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a strong sales background who is ready to make an impact in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential prospects to expand our programs and fleet sales, including lead generation and sales closure.
Set expectations for program sales and ensure a smooth handoff to the onboarding and account management team.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence, and provide regular reports to the management team.
Actively participate in and lead sales team continuous improvement activities.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams and leadership to report on and manage daily operations.
Deliver against sales/conversion targets and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills

3-5+ years of field sales experience with a proven track record in retail or dealership sales.
3-5+ years of experience in sales administration, distribution, and customer service.
Proficiency in all MS Office software suites.
Strong analytical and sales-oriented mindset.
Excellent listening skills and empathetic approach.

Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in program and product sales is strongly preferred.
Proficiency in computer/software systems and adaptability to management systems.
