About the Role
We're hiring a PC Technician to support end users with hardware and software needs, execute imaging/deployment at scale, and keep device inventory healthy and up to date. This role is hands-on, process-driven, and ideal for someone who follows directions precisely, stays organized under pressure, and takes pride in clean, consistent builds.
What You'll Do
Provide deskside and remote support for Windows laptops/desktops and common peripherals (monitors, docks, printers).
Perform OS imaging, reimaging, and software deployment using standard enterprise tools and approved build processes.
Configure user profiles, join devices to the domain/tenant, apply policies, and validate applications, drivers, and encryption.
Triage, diagnose, and resolve Tier 1-2 incidents (hardware failures, OS/application issues, network/VPN, printing).
Execute new-hire setups, swaps/refreshes, and decommissioning; maintain accurate asset and ticket documentation.
Follow established SOPs, checklists, and change windows to ensure quality, repeatable outcomes.
Escalate complex issues with clear notes and relevant diagnostics; collaborate with senior techs and engineering teams.
Maintain a clean, organized bench area and storeroom; track stock levels and request replenishments proactively.
Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves)
2+ years of hands-on PC technician/desktop support experience in a Windows environment.
Proven ability to follow directions/SOPs precisely with strong organization, documentation, and time-management skills.
Imaging experience (building/reimaging devices and deploying standard software packages).
Customer-focused communication skills and a positive, professional bedside manner.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with common imaging/endpoint tools (e.g., MDT/SCCM/Intune/Autopilot or similar) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Basic hardware repair skills (RAM, storage, batteries, keyboards) and peripheral troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking basics (DNS/DHCP/TCP-IP) and VPN/Wi-Fi connectivity.
Exposure to Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/OneDrive) and account provisioning.
CompTIA A+ (or equivalent) is a plus.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
