Product Manager / Project Manager | Location: New York, NY | Hybrid| Full Time

We are looking for a Product Manager / Project Manager who can independently lead and manage projects end-to-end.

Strong experience in onshore offshore coordination is required.
The candidate should have worked on Software Engineering projects, including infrastructure operations (e.g., routers and servers). We will need a brief summary from the candidate outlining their experience in this area.
Experience with Business Process Automation, particularly involving Agentic AI and/or Generative AI, is highly preferred.

Role Summary

We are seeking a Product Manager / Project Manager to lead delivery of infrastructure automation and internal platform initiatives. This role partners closely with infrastructure and engineering teams to translate operational needs into clear, executable backlogs while ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery.

The role is execution-focused and outcome-driven, emphasizing stakeholder alignment, delivery discipline, and operational readiness rather than experimentation or research.

Core Responsibilities

Partner with infrastructure and operations stakeholders to clarify needs, priorities, and success criteria
Translate high-level requests into well-defined user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint backlogs
Drive sprint planning, execution, and delivery across embedded engineering teams
Balance feature requests with operational safety, reliability, and scope control
Coordinate demos, stakeholder reviews, and roadmap alignment
Track risks, dependencies, timelines, and delivery outcomes

Required Skills & Experience

Experience as a Product Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Project Manager on software initiatives
Strong ability to work with infrastructure, platform, or operations teams
Experience managing Agile delivery (backlogs, sprints, standups, retrospectives)
Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholder
Experience embedding AI in software products and elaborating business process use cases with an AI-first approach

Preferred

Experience with internal tools, platforms, or developer productivity systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred)
Experience managing embedded or staff-augmentation engineering teams
Comfort operating in environments where requirements evolve over time

Engineering teams have clear priorities and well-scoped work
Delivered capabilities are production-ready and adopted by users
