Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Concur Integration Developer with 8 10 years of experience to support enterprise travel and expense integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience integrating SAP Concur with HR systems, ERP platforms, payroll systems, banking interfaces, travel management companies (TMCs), and third-party travel providers. The role involves developing and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant integrations for global travel and expense management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support SAP Concur integration solutions.
• Implement and maintain HR system-to-platform data feeds, including employee provisioning and profile management.
• Configure and support multi-bank credit card feed integrations across Europe and APAC.
• Develop ERP (Accounts Payable/General Ledger) and payroll extract integrations.
• Configure and maintain secure file transfers between enterprise systems.
• Develop and maintain compliance reporting feeds.
• Integrate Travel Management Company (ATPI) booking synchronization with SAP Concur.
• Support regional travel booking tool integrations as required.
• Implement European rail travel integrations including:
• Trainline partnership (UK, France, Spain)
• Deutsche Bahn punch-out integration (Germany)
• Configure low-cost airline integrations through aggregators, including Ryanair Direct Connect.
• Configure Airplus Lodge Card payment integration for air bookings.
• Implement TMC virtual card payment workaround for hotel and car bookings.
• Collaborate with business, travel, finance, HR, and technical teams to deliver integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance.
• Ensure integration security, data accuracy, and compliance with enterprise standards.

Required Skills:

• 8 10 years of IT experience with strong integration development expertise.
• Strong experience with SAP Concur.
• Expertise in SAP Concur Travel Management.
• Experience integrating HR systems with SAP Concur.
• Experience with employee provisioning and profile management.
• Hands-on experience with multi-bank credit card feed integrations.
• Knowledge of ERP integration, including:
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • General Ledger (GL)
• Experience with payroll extract integrations.
• Experience configuring secure file transfer mechanisms.
• Experience developing compliance reporting feeds.
• Knowledge of Travel Management Company (TMC) integrations.
• Experience integrating travel booking platforms.
• Experience with European rail booking integrations.
• Knowledge of payment configuration using Airplus Lodge Card.
• Experience implementing virtual card payment solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and integration support skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience implementing global SAP Concur solutions.
• Experience supporting travel programs across Europe and APAC.
• Knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and middleware.
• Experience with financial systems integration.
• Understanding of travel and expense business processes.
• Familiarity with airline, hotel, rail, and travel payment ecosystems.
