Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Workday Financials and Procurement expertise to lead key initiatives within a large-scale ERP transformation (NextGen Project).
This role partners closely with Finance, Procurement, IT, and Workday teams to deliver secure, scalable, and compliant solutions aligned with business objectives.
Role Overview
The Project Manager will lead Workday Financial Management and Procurement initiatives, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, and optimization efforts. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of Workday Financials architecture, finance processes, and ERP environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Workday Financials & Procurement projects
- Manage full lifecycle across modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Management
- Procurement (P2P, supplier management, purchasing)
- Banking & Settlements
- Financial Reporting
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement stakeholders
- Coordinate with Workday functional leads, integration teams (EIB, Studio, Core Connectors), and vendors
- Track configuration, data conversion, integrations, security roles, and testing cycles
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-production stabilization
- Monitor project milestones, risks, and quality metrics
- Conduct status meetings and stakeholder communications
- Manage scope, risks, and recommend solutions to project sponsors

- Spend controls & approval workflows
- Financial reporting optimization
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Certification
- PMP Certification (Required)
Experience
- 5+ years leading complex IT/ERP projects (within last 7 years)
- 3+ years leading application development/enhancement projects
- Strong understanding of:
- Accounting & procurement principles
- Financial reporting structures
- ERP integrations
