responsibilities:
- Perform user acceptance testing of complex initiatives for new products or enhancements
- Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global product dynamics, mandates, and regulatory impact
- Oversee risk management to meet deliverables
- Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
- Lead teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
- Develop and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases
- Collaborate with product managers, product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
- Perform thorough testing of International Payments applications to ensure they meet business requirements and are free of defects
- Document and report defects, and work with the development team to resolve them
- Utilize tools such as Octane and JIRA to track testing progress and manage defects
- Generate and analyze test reports to provide insights on testing outcomes and application quality
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing and quality assurance
qualifications:
Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Business Systems Data or Business Systems Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
