Specific ServiceNow ITOM experience requested

Certification is a hard contract gate for both: CSA + CIS, evidenced before October 15.

Configure HAM Pro, build the asset lifecycle state model with retirement, and create hardware asset records for the data center estate with asset-to-CI synchronization, all inside the nine-week Release 1 window.
Install and configure MID Servers at both sites, build Discovery schedules for servers and network devices to go live in week 4, then close credential and firewall gaps through to the week 6 coverage acceptance.
Execute the CMDB rebuild in week 7, retiring known-bad records and bringing the identification and reconciliation rules into force. Week 7 is a three-day Thanksgiving week with no City dependency.
Build the Release 2 order-to-disposal lifecycle in the Zurich Hardware Asset Workspace with CI-to-ticket association and core dashboards, plus end user computing above the $1,000 threshold and Agent Client Collector rollout.
Build and test the Microsoft SCCM endpoint exchange, the Sunbird DCIM inbound exchange for rack, location and power, and the post-move reconciliation reporting feed.
Work to update-set discipline with senior review on every change on the shared instance, and build the ATF regression suite covering both releases.

US-based and onshore, consistent with Government Community Cloud hosting. No security clearance or adjudication. Nobody is staffed in week 12, the week commencing December 28.
