Description

Join us as a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer in a dynamic, client-facing role within the Fintech industry. This full-time, hybrid position involves collaborating with clients to architect and deploy solutions using leading programming languages. The role requires strong expertise in backend technologies and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical liaison with client teams to gather requirements and define technical plans.
  • Prototype and deliver production-ready applications to address trading, risk, and operational challenges.
  • Balance project scope, speed, and quality to meet client timelines without compromising integrity.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and delivery plans.
  • Communicate complex architecture decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience, with a focus on full-stack development and client delivery roles.
  • Expert proficiency in backend technologies like Java or Python, with experience in frameworks for microservices and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline design and management using popular tools.
  • Strong database expertise, including performance tuning and schema design.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, containerization, and cloud deployments.
