Location: Milwaukee, WI

Job Description:

• Setup End-to-end Claude Platform Enablement enterprise set-up, admin, SSO, RBAC and workspace provisioning for large-scale rollouts.
• Architect Claude Agent SDK based agentic platform supporting Deep and Shallow Agents with extensive MCP tooling.
• Designs reusable Claude Skills, Sub-Agents and MCP connectors, and packages capabilities for team-wide sharing.
• Build greenfield Claude infrastructure on Azure & AWS secure multi-tenant architecture, private networking, API gateways, CI/CD & observability.
• Established Claude enterprise guardrails, AI governance, Responsible AI, AgentOps, content moderation & compliance controls.
• Advanced agentic AI on Claude multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop, prompt governance & evaluation pipelines.
• Hands-on with the full Claude build pattern Skills encode the workflow, Sub-Agents execute & self-check, MCP provides governed data access.
• Experience in delivered Claude-based agentic solutions for manufacturing clients across North America.
• Establishes delivery capability & showcase demos, and coaches practitioners on effective Claude usage patterns.
• Ability to work with multiple BU and enable Claude rollouts.
