6. Provide project management guidance for complex projects and workstreams advising on interdependencies and impact into other global initiatives ensuring local regulatory and compliance requirements are met
7. Ensure that the security performance reliability and efficiency of Avients global network infrastructure that services are available scalable and continually improved
8. Provide continuous governance oversight of the engineering and execution teams to facilitate excellent support service provision and incident escalation around the globe whilst adhering to standards

29. Verify and ensure that high quality documentation exists for all applicable projects systems and knowledgebase articles pertinent to their area of responsibility
30. Support and help maintain relationships with all relevant IT vendors
31. Participate in the IT strategic process as necessary
32. Ability to work highly effectively with no supervision across various global virtual teams
33. Follow direction to achieve a highquality outcome
34. Flexibility to work across time zones including participating in offhour activities if appropriate
35. Potential global travel up to 10
36. Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

1. Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience
2. Experience in Manufacturing or similar industry
3. 10 years of senior professional technical experience in network engineering and architecture or a related field
4. Experience in effectively engaging and collaborating with remote and diverse team members
5. Strong experience in cloud environments and those with segmentation between ITOT
6. Relevant industry certifications are a benefit

9. Demonstrated knowledge of current and emerging technologies in relevant areas
10. Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
11. Demonstrated infrastructure security focus and best practice working habits
12. Experience leading and contributing to infrastructure projects within a fastpaced value focused culture
