Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business and IT teams to gather, clarify, and validate requirements for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade.
• Requirement Analysis: Translate business needs into clear, accurate functional specifications.
• Test Script Design & Development: Create and manage test scripts using the assigned testing tools to ensure full coverage of business processes.
• Kronos/UKG Expertise:
• Hands‐on experience implementing and configuring Kronos Workforce Central Suite and UKG Pro WFM.
• Strong knowledge of Workforce Timekeeper; familiarity with Activities, Mobile, Analytics, and other WFC modules is a plus.
• Project Lifecycle Execution: Ability to gather detailed requirements, design solutions, and build configurations through the full project lifecycle.
• Client Interaction: Excellent communication skills with proven ability to work directly with clients.
• Data Work: Extract, cleanse, and reformat data from WFC for upload into ProWFM; willingness to learn SI tools and accelerators.
• Travel: Ability to travel to customer locations as required.
• Team Leadership: Lead Kronos analysts in testing and validating configurations and integrations.
• Integration Oversight: Partner with the system integrator and PMO to ensure seamless integration with PeopleSoft and legacy systems via Kronos Boomi middleware.
• Configuration Validation: Validate pay rules, CBAs, payroll processing, and pay rate maintenance within PeopleSoft.
• Project Coordination: Align deliverables and timelines with the MTA Program Manager to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst Lead specializing in Kronos or UKG Pro WFM implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration skills.
• Experience developing test scripts and leading complex system testing efforts.
• Familiarity with integration tools and middleware, especially Kronos Boomi.
• Solid understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS and its integration with WFM systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem‐solving skills
