Role Overview
The Director, Sales Oracle Practice (Americas) is responsible for driving revenue growth, pipeline creation, and strategic account expansion for Forsys Oracle business across North America and Latin America.
This role owns Oracle sales execution in the Americas, focusing on new logo acquisition, enterprise expansions, and multi-year transformation programs across Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, SCM, CPQ, OCI/PaaS, Integrations, and Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Quota Ownership
Own and achieve annual bookings quota for the Oracle practice across the Americas.
Drive predictable pipeline coverage (3 4x) with disciplined forecasting and deal governance.
Deliver balanced revenue across new logos, existing account expansions, and recurring services.
Maintain strong sales hygiene, accurate forecasts, and executive-level deal reviews.
Enterprise Sales & Deal Leadership
Lead complex, consultative sales cycles for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & SCM, CPQ, PaaS, and integration programs.
Build trusted executive relationships with CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and Transformation leaders.
Orchestrate multi-stakeholder pursuits involving pre-sales, practice, delivery, and Oracle field teams.
Own deal strategy, commercial structure, pricing alignment, and contract closure.
Oracle Alliance & GTM Execution
Partner closely with Oracle North America field sales and partner leadership on co-sell motions.
Drive deal registrations, joint pipeline reviews, and strategic account planning.
Align Forsys Oracle offerings with Oracle s Fusion cloud, AI, and industry GTM priorities.
Represent Forsys in Oracle partner forums, QBRs, and executive briefings across the Americas.
Account Growth & Customer Expansion
Develop and execute account plans for top Oracle customers in the Americas.
Identify whitespace, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Oracle modules and services.
Act as executive sponsor for select strategic accounts to support long-term growth.
Ensure smooth transition from sale to delivery in partnership with Practice leadership.
Solution Positioning & Market Enablement
Position Forsys Oracle accelerators, frameworks, and AI-enabled offerings in sales pursuits.
Stay current on Oracle roadmap, competitive landscape, and enterprise buying trends.
Support marketing initiatives including Oracle-focused campaigns, events, and case studies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Practice & Delivery: Ensure deal feasibility, scope clarity, and delivery readiness.
Marketing: Support demand generation and sales enablement for Oracle offerings.
Finance: Align on pricing, margins, approvals, and revenue forecasting.
Alliances: Strengthen Oracle partnership execution across the Americas.
Qualifications
Education
Experience
10 15+ years in enterprise technology sales or consulting sales.
Proven success selling Oracle-led enterprise transformation programs in the Americas.
Strong knowledge of Oracle ERP, SCM, CPQ, OCI/PaaS, integrations, and managed services.
Demonstrated experience working with Oracle field sales and partner ecosystems.
