Summary

Key Responsibilities
Agile Facilitation
- Lead Scrum ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure the team follows Agile principles and the Scrum framework.
- Promote self-organization and cross-functionality within the team.
- Team Support & Coaching
- Guide the team in Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Scrum roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment.
- Project Coordination
- Track sprint progress and team performance using tools like Jira or Trello
- Work with Product Owners to maintain and groom the product backlog.
- Help the team navigate roadblocks and external dependencies.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Facilitate communication between Salesforce developers, admins, business analysts, and external stakeholders
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution.
- Prepare and present sprint metrics and progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably with Salesforce teams.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
- Familiarity with Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, LWC) Nice to have
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset).
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Kanban, SAFe).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
