Client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with extensive experience in PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, Accounts Receivable, and Billing. The consultant will be responsible for requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, business process evaluation, data mapping, system integration testing, documentation, and implementation support.

Must Have Skills:

• PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 8+ years
• PeopleSoft Accounts Receivable & Billing 8+ years
• Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering 8+ years
• Fit-Gap Analysis with Business SMEs 8+ years
• End-to-End System Integration Testing 8+ years
• Third-Party Interfaces & Data Validation 8+ years
• Business Process Analysis & Workflow Documentation 8+ years
• Microsoft Office 365 8+ years, including at least 4 applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Microsoft Teams in a large-team environment 8+ years
• Strong experience documenting business rules, system functions, interfaces, inputs/outputs, and reporting requirements
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders

• Public Sector / Government Experience 4+ years
• Texas Comptroller CAPPS Financials 2+ years
• PeopleSoft Approval Workflow Engine 2+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business/system requirements
• Conduct fit-gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
• Support Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations
• Analyze current-state processes and recommend improvements
• Develop current-state/future-state workflows and functional documentation
• Map data between PeopleSoft, legacy applications, and third-party systems
• Perform hands-on end-to-end system integration testing
• Validate third-party interfaces, conversions, workflows, and system outputs
• Document and track defects and coordinate resolution
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and project teams
• Support testing, training, documentation, and implementation activities
