Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect with 10+ years of overall IT experience and strong expertise in enterprise integration, API management, and the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable enterprise integration solutions, driving API-led connectivity initiatives, and collaborating with business and technology stakeholders to modernize enterprise platforms.
The candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Mule 4.x, Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, RAML/OpenAPI, and modern integration architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Define scalable, secure, and reusable integration architectures aligned with enterprise standards.
- Drive API-led connectivity strategies across enterprise applications and platforms.
- Design and develop APIs using Mule 4.x and Anypoint Platform.
- Define API specifications using RAML and OpenAPI.
- Design API lifecycle management strategies using Anypoint API Manager.
- Manage and monitor application runtimes using Runtime Manager.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, application teams, architects, and technology leadership.
- Develop integration solutions leveraging REST APIs and SOAP Web Services.
- Apply Enterprise Integration Patterns to complex integration scenarios.
- Design solutions using Microservices Architecture and Event-Driven Architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to MuleSoft development teams.
- Review solution designs, code, integrations, APIs, and technical documentation.
- Establish best practices for API security, governance, reusability, scalability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and API-related issues.
- Support modernization and transformation of legacy enterprise integration platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience.
- Strong enterprise integration and API management experience.
- Experience leading architecture and design activities for enterprise integration programs.
