LoanIQ Consultant

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Jersey City, NJ that is seeking a Loan IQ Implementation Consultant (Junior) to support a multi-year Loan IQ transformation initiative. While titled as -Junior,- this role requires a highly experienced consultant (approximately 7-9 years of experience) who can operate independently, engage directly with business and IT stakeholders, and contribute meaningfully across both the Target Operating Model (TOM) design phase and the full Loan IQ implementation phase. This consultant will work closely with senior architects and leads but is expected to bring strong functional expertise and the maturity to be client-facing.

Key Responsibilities:
* Actively participate in the Target Operating Model design, including documentation of current-state and future-state lending processes
* Lead requirement gathering sessions for assigned workstreams and validate business needs with stakeholders
* Support and execute Loan IQ functional configuration aligned to client business processes
* Participate in and support onsite and virtual workshops with business, operations, and IT teams
* Execute and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
* Develop detailed functional documentation, process flows, and traceability matrices
* Proactively identify gaps, risks, and process improvement opportunities and escalate as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7-9 years of experience in commercial lending systems, with hands-on Loan IQ implementation experience
* Strong functional knowledge of agency, syndicated, and/or bilateral lending
* Experience working directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
* Proven ability to work independently while collaborating within a structured delivery team
* Excellent communication, documentation, and workshop facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications:
* Loan IQ certification or advanced Loan IQ training
* Prior experience supporting Loan IQ Target Operating Model or transformation initiatives
* Experience working in hybrid onsite/offshore delivery models
* Background supporting tier-1 or global financial institutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
