Job Description
Experience Level:
Senior Analyst / Manager level; Minimum 5 years of SAP experience; Experience participating in at least one full-cycle SAP Fashion or Retail implementation
Skills Required (Essential):
- Five or more years of SAP experience
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Fashion and/or SAP Retail
- Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP Fashion or Retail implementation
- Deep knowledge of product, article, and material master data
- Understanding of retail product and material master structures
- Experience enhancing the Material Master with characteristics and custom attributes
- Experience with product data mapping, transformation, migration requirements, and validation
- Understanding of interface design and how product master data moves through and affects the broader SAP ecosystem
- Ability to define and apply product data-quality rules
- Experience supporting cross-functional master data design decisions
- Strong technical problem-solving skills within a complex, integrated ERP environment
Skills Required (Desirable):
- Experience with Syniti or a comparable SAP data-migration tool
- Experience with SAP Master Data Governance, or SAP MDG Familiarity with formal master data governance frameworks
- Experience establishing master data standards, lifecycle controls, and ongoing maintenance processes
- Experience working on a large-scale or global SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business teams, functional leads, architects, developers, migration teams, integration teams, and implementation partners
