Duration: 12 Months

• Lead the modernization of Phibro s data platform using Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture.
  Drive migration of legacy SQL Server/SSIS processes into Fabric-native pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouses, and warehouses.
• Define architecture, CDC strategy, schema evolution, and SCD Type 2 standards across ingestion layers.
  Optimize Spark notebooks, Fabric pipelines, Delta tables, and warehouse SQL workloads for performance and cost.
• Design scalable enterprise data models across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
• Support MDM modernization including Customer Master and Business Unit Master.
• Strengthen data governance, lineage, and quality with Purview.
• Partner with business teams to support analytics needs and month-end close.
• Provide guidance on platform strategy, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and other vendors on engineering, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning.
