Position: Delivery Lead Strategic Supplier Program
Location: Atlanta, GA (or), Raleigh-Durham, NC
Hiring Mode: 6 Months Contract to Hire
Job Description:
The Delivery Lead Strategic Supplier Program is a versatile delivery resource deployed into shifting workstreams to provide hands-on execution support and resolve delivery bottlenecks. This role rotates across initiatives based on evolving program priorities, ensuring critical components are delivered on time within a large enterprise technology environment. The Delivery Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and preventing stalls in high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
- Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
- Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
- Identify project blockers and resource constraints, and implement effective solutions.
- Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
- Report progress, risks, and issues to program delivery leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 7 years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
- Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive alignment in fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working within a similar large enterprise technology environment is highly preferred, though not required.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale project management methodologies used by large technology organizations.
- Agile delivery experience.
