Summary
Title: Workday ERP
Location: Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct training needs assessments and audience analyses
- Develop 508-compliant materials: course outlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, QRGs, and eLearning content
- Create ILT, virtual training, microlearning, SCORM modules, webinars, and videos
- Build assessments, quizzes, simulations, and analyze learner data
- Collaborate with SMEs, stakeholders, and leadership teams
- Track milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Maintain and update training curriculum
Required Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years in Instructional Design, Training & Development, Education, or related field
- Experience supporting large-scale Workday ERP implementations
- Strong knowledge of ADDIE, Kirkpatrick model, and adult learning principles
- Experience with SCORM, LMS, and 508 accessibility compliance
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- Workday Learning / LMS experience
- Knowledge of gamification, multimedia content creation, and Adobe Creative Suite
