Job Title: GenAI-Fluent Business Process Analyst
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite – 5 days/week)
Duration: 6 Months
Role Overview
We are seeking a GenAI-savvy Business Process Analyst to support AI-driven transformation within Sales Business Process Reengineering (BPR). This hybrid role blends process analysis, AI solution design (no coding required), and change management.
You will identify opportunities for AI integration, design prompt-based solutions using enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude), and drive adoption across Sales Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process Discovery & Mapping
- Document current (“as-is”) and future (“to-be”) workflows across Sales Ops and BPR teams
- Create user journey maps highlighting AI intervention opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and user shadowing
- Identify pain points and high-value automation opportunities
- Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases
2. AI Solution Design & Build
- Design AI-powered workflows using prompting and automation tools
- Build and refine solutions using GenAI tools (no coding required)
- Develop prompt libraries, reusable templates, and playbooks
- Collaborate with technical teams to align business needs with system capabilities (APIs, data flows, integrations)
3. Implementation & Scaling
- Manage AI use case backlog from ideation to deployment
- Drive user adoption through training, coaching, and enablement
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test cases and feedback loops
- Track success metrics (adoption, efficiency gains, quality improvements)
- Document best practices to scale AI initiatives
4. Stakeholder Communication
- Present insights, demos, and progress updates to leadership
- Facilitate brainstorming and continuous improvement sessions
- Support cross-functional AI initiatives and coordination
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in business process analysis and workflow mapping
- Hands-on experience with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Expertise in prompt engineering (no coding required)
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and enterprise systems
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in Sales Operations or BPR is highly preferred
