Summary

Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager
Location: Harrisburg, PA (100% Onsite)

Duration: 07/27/2026 – 07/03/2027
Interview: Video/In-Person (TBD)

Required Skills:

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience managing enterprise technology projects.
  • Strong experience managing infrastructure modernization, data center migrations, and enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience leading Windows Server, SQL Server, and .NET platform upgrades.
  • Hands-on experience managing application modernization, system integrations, API projects, and cloud/hybrid technology initiatives.
  • Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, RAID logs, and executive reporting.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including Infrastructure, Development, Database, Cloud, Security, and Vendor resources.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, project governance, and enterprise technology architecture.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including project charters, work plans, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Partner with architects and technical leads to assess implementation strategies and project risks.
  • Support infrastructure lifecycle management, modernization initiatives, and enterprise technology upgrades.
  • Ensure projects align with agency governance standards and strategic objectives.

Preferred Experience:

  • Infrastructure modernization and data center migration projects.
  • Windows Server, SQL Server, and .NET platform upgrade initiatives.
  • Cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure projects.
  • Enterprise application modernization and system integration projects.
  • Public sector or government project management experience.

Candidates with both strong project management expertise and a solid technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure, software delivery, and architecture are highly preferred.
