Job Description:

As an Engineer at Parsons, you will apply your scientific and technical expertise to develop innovative solutions for mission-critical programs supporting the Department of War and United States Army. Join a rapidly growing team of 500 professionals delivering expertise in software and hardware engineering, system integration, and technical training across Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood, Maryland, for a range of efforts spanning 5 years and a total value exceeding $600 million. The ideal candidate is creative, technically skilled, and thrives in a multidisciplinary environment, driving technological advancement and directly impacting Army modernization and support to the warfighter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and develop products, machinery, and systems to meet organizational and societal needs.
  • Implement and optimize processes for extracting, processing, and utilizing materials and resources.
  • Develop new materials and technologies to enhance product performance and leverage advancements.
  • Analyze the environmental and user impact of engineered products and systems.
  • Supervise production, testing, and maintenance activities to ensure quality and reliability.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including breakdowns and performance challenges.
  • Estimate project timelines and costs, and support planning and budgeting efforts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's to Master's degree in any engineering discipline.
  • 3-10+ years of professional experience in engineering.
  • TS/SCI is required
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering tools and software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $63,600.00 - $111,300.00
