Job Details
Join our innovative team as a Packaging Project Manager, where you'll lead exciting projects and drive operational efficiency in a collaborative environment. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact while working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the creation and execution of rebranded artwork and design modifications for diverse packaging projects.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of artwork in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with teams across marketing, manufacturing, and legal to meet project objectives.
- Effectively manage project budgets, timelines, and estimates.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
Skills
- Proven experience in design, art production, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of packaging design and print production processes.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and uniform packaging laws.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the healthcare packaging industry.
- Ability to adapt to various systems and tools as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage shifting priorities.
