Job Summary

T-Mobile is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive strategic programs, and ensure successful delivery of business and technology projects. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, risks, stakeholder communication, and operational execution while collaborating with business and technical teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for enterprise or technology initiatives
• Develop project roadmaps, execution strategies, and implementation plans
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and business stakeholders
• Manage program schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests
• Track KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and delivery milestones
• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous process improvements
• Provide executive-level status reporting and strategic recommendations
• Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and project communications
• Support vendor management, compliance, and operational readiness activities
• Identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and scalability
• Maintain documentation including RAID logs, dashboards, and program reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience
• Experience managing large-scale cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC methodologies
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications
• Experience in telecom, wireless, digital transformation, or enterprise technology environments
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
• Exposure to data analytics, reporting, or operational transformation programs
• Experience leading technical or infrastructure programs
