Title: Director of Compliance Technology Modernization

Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full-Time/Perm

Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,000-$110,00 Per Year

Description:

* This role involves leading transformative projects to modernize compliance systems, ensuring they are agile, cloud-based, and ready for future challenges.
* The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in compliance technology and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the modernization of compliance technology platforms.
* Architect and implement cloud transformation strategies.
* Coordinate integration activities across various systems and applications.
* Develop roadmaps for technology modernization while ensuring regulatory compliance.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements.

Qualifications:
* 10 years of experience in compliance technology with expertise in industry-standard solutions.
* 5 years of leadership experience at the director level.
* Proven track record in leading large-scale platform modernizations and cloud migrations.
* Experience with cloud platforms and data management solutions.
* Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
