Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions using Java-based microservices architecture, enabling reliable communication between on-premise systems and cloud platforms.
- Build and enhance RESTful APIs using frameworks such as Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, modularity, and adherence to REST standards and API lifecycle practices.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of API-driven integration patterns, focusing on reusability, loose coupling, and maintainability.
- Develop and implement event-driven architectures using Apache Kafka, including building producers and consumers, defining topics, and enabling real-time data streaming and asynchronous processing.
- Create and reuse integration components and frameworks leveraging Kafka and microservices to standardize development across projects.
- Design and implement data transformation logic for multiple formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, and flat files, ensuring accurate data mapping and system interoperability.
- Collaborate with architects and leads to apply API governance standards, including API design guidelines, versioning, documentation, and reuse strategies.
- Integrate enterprise systems with AWS cloud services, including:
- API Gateway for API exposure
- EC2 / Lambda for compute
- S3 for storage
- SQS/SNS for messaging and decoupled communication
- Develop and support hybrid integration solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity between legacy applications and cloud-native services.
- Implement security best practices, including OAuth 2.0, TLS encryption, JWT-based authentication, and proper use of AWS IAM roles and permissions.
- Contribute to and support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Maven, and Git, enabling automated build, test, and deployment of microservices.
- Work with containerization technologies like Docker and gain exposure to Kubernetes-based deployments in cloud-native or hybrid environments.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and resilience through efficient coding practices, caching strategies, asynchronous processing, and fault-tolerant design.
