Position: Business Analyst with Manufacturing Quality / QMS
Location: Palm Beach, FL (Onsite)
Any Visa fine
Max Rate: $50/Hr on C2C
Experience: 5 - 10
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Manufacturing Quality and QMS expertise to support a global QMS transformation program.
Key Skills:
- 5 10 years of Business Analysis experience
- 5+ years across Manufacturing Quality, QMS, PLM, ERP or enterprise workflow programs
- Requirements gathering, BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability
- UAT, functional specifications and business process documentation
- Data migration and integration requirements
- Strong knowledge of CAPA, NCR, APQP/PPAP, SPC, Supplier Quality, Audits, Document Control, 8D/RCA, Gage Management, Complaints and Warranty
- Understanding of ISO 9001
- Experience supporting global stakeholders and Agile delivery teams
Role: Lead requirements and process workshops, translate Quality processes into sprint-ready requirements, maintain end-to-end traceability, and support design, development, testing, deployment and business acceptance of QMS capabilities.
