About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Data Scientist with 3 7 years of experience to join our growing Data Science practice. This role involves working directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, rapidly develop Proof of Concepts (POCs), present insights to business owners, and productionize successful solutions.

The ideal candidate is self-driven, statistical background, ability to talk to Data, adaptable, and capable of operating independently across the full data science lifecycle from business problem definition to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
• Develop rapid POCs to validate business use cases
• Present technical findings and recommendations to business stakeholders
• Productionize validated ML solutions into scalable, enterprise-ready deployments

Work across the end-to-end ML lifecycle:

• Data exploration and preprocessing
• Feature engineering
• Model development and training
• Hyperparameter tuning
• Model optimization
• MLOps implementation
• Contribute to and operate within established ML pipeline frameworks

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3 7 years of hands-on Data Science experience
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Proven ability to take ML solutions from POC to production
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Technical Expertise:

• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Data Science stack
• Azure DevOps
• MLflow
• PySpark
• SQL
• Experience with end-to-end ML pipelines and MLOps practices

Rapid Prototyping Capability:

• Ability to independently build and test POCs locally on a laptop
• Comfortable setting up development environments without dependency on enterprise cloud access

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Model fine-tuning and GenAI adoption
• Experience in enterprise AI solution deployment
• Exposure to RAG or advanced AI architectures
