Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 Expert to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including Data Cloud One, to enable unified customer profiles, identity resolution, segmentation, real-time personalization, and advanced data activation.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, Data Cloud architecture, data modeling, integrations, governance, and AI-driven capabilities. The candidate will collaborate with IT, Marketing, Service, and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions that maximize the value of Salesforce platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360 solutions, including Data Cloud One.Design and optimize integrations between Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Develop and manage:

- Drive real-time data ingestion, customer profile unification, and personalization use cases.
- Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Service, and business stakeholders to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and support data ingestion pipelines using:
- APIs
- MuleSoft
- Connectors
- Web SDKs
- Configure activation solutions across:
- Paid Media Platforms
- Personalization Engines
- CRM Workflows
- Service Workflows
- Provide guidance on:
- Data Governance
- Privacy Compliance
- Credit Consumption Optimization
- Salesforce Data Cloud Best Practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to:
- Data Ingestion
- Identity Resolution

- Evaluate Salesforce roadmap capabilities including:

- Train and mentor internal teams on Salesforce Data Cloud best practices.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Salesforce ecosystem experience.
- 2 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
