Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced React JS Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern web applications supporting mission-critical business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, Azure technologies, and building scalable, accessible, and responsive applications for enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain modern React-based web applications.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, designers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable UI solutions.
• Develop reusable components and front-end architectures to improve maintainability and scalability.
• Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs, GraphQL services, authentication systems, and cloud platforms.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory B2C.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and deployment activities.
• Support accessibility compliance initiatives aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA standards.
• Contribute to Agile activities including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging front-end technologies and best practices.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with React.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3
• Experience with Redux for state management
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and GraphQL
• Experience with Azure Active Directory B2C
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure
• Knowledge of responsive design and component-based architecture
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and usability principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 7+ years of front-end development experience supporting enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end technologies.
• Experience supporting Federal, State, or Local Government agencies.
• Experience in insurance, healthcare, financial services, legal services, workers' compensation, or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with multi-role portals supporting claimants, employers, insurers, attorneys, and healthcare providers.
• Experience implementing Azure AD B2C authentication and role-based access controls.
• Experience with WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services, Azure Blob Storage, Azure Application Gateway, and document management systems.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, automated build pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and deployment automation.
• Knowledge of speech technologies, document processing workflows, and case management platforms.
