Summary

We are seeking a skilled IDMC CAI Integration Lead with strong Master Data Management (MDM) knowledge to support enterprise data initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment. This role will be responsible for designing and building Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) Cloud Application Integration (CAI) integrations for an MDM program, while working closely with business stakeholders and multiple vendor teams.

The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise in IDMC CAI and integration patterns with a strong understanding of MDM concepts (customer, product, reference data) and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. IDMC CAI Integration Development

• Design, develop, and deploy IDMC CAI integrations to support master data flows across enterprise systems.
• Build real-time and batch integrations, including API-based interfaces, event-driven patterns, and orchestration workflows.
• Integrate MDM hub with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, clinical, data platforms, etc.).
• Ensure high standards for performance, scalability, error handling, and monitoring.

2. MDM Integration & Data Flow Enablement

• Enable end-to-end data movement for master data domains (Customer, Product, Vendor, Reference Data).
• Support data synchronization, survivorship, and golden record propagation via integration services.
• Ensure proper handling of hierarchies, relationships, and reference data in integration design.
• Align integrations with data governance and stewardship workflows.

3. Business Engagement & Requirements Gathering

• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, data stewards, and product owners to gather and refine requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical integration specifications and solution designs.
• Provide guidance on data integration best practices and feasibility assessments.

4. Vendor & Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with multiple vendors (MDM platform, data engineering, downstream systems) to ensure seamless integration delivery.
• Participate in design discussions, integration planning, and dependency management across teams.
• Drive alignment on data contracts, interface definitions, and SLAs.

5. Testing, Validation & Deployment Support

• Support integration unit testing, SIT, and UAT cycles, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects, data inconsistencies, and performance issues.
• Assist in release planning, deployment, and production support activities.

6. Documentation & Governance

• Create and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, and runbooks.
• Ensure integrations comply with enterprise data governance, security, and audit standards (GxP as applicable).
• Support traceability and lineage across MDM integrations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6 10 years of experience in data integration and MDM ecosystems
• Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Informatica IDMC Cloud Application Integration (CAI) (mandatory)
• Integration patterns (REST APIs, messaging, orchestration, real-time/batch)
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts and implementations:
• Golden record, survivorship rules, match/merge
• Hierarchies and reference data management
• Experience working with enterprise systems integration (ERP/CRM/Data Platforms)
• Strong SQL and data handling skills
• Experience working in multi-vendor, cross-functional delivery environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery, JIRA/Confluence, and DevOps practices
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage business stakeholders directly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Informatica MDM (Multidomain MDM / SaaS MDM)
• Exposure to Life Sciences / Pharma domain (GxP environment)
• Knowledge of API management, event-driven architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
• Prior experience in data governance, data quality, or data stewardship workflows
