  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries using Microsoft Excel and related reporting tools.
  • Track deliverables, deadlines, program updates, and process documentation across multiple locations.
  • Partner with field teams, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve service issues and support operational needs.
  • Conduct audits, quality reviews, and data validation to ensure accuracy and consistency across program activities.
  • Review vendor submissions, maintenance requests, service proposals, and scopes of work as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities and workstreams in a high-volume operational environment.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting operational programs, facilities programs, vendor management, field service operations, or similar business functions.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, trend analysis, and dashboard development.
  • Experience managing multiple workstreams, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Experience working with vendors, service providers, contractors, or external business partners.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review operational data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Experience maintaining documentation, tracking deliverables, and supporting process execution across multiple locations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with experience performing audits, quality reviews, and data validation activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using IBM Maximo or a similar computerized maintenance management system, work order management platform, or CMMS.
  • Experience reviewing scopes of work, service proposals, maintenance requests, or vendor submissions.
  • Background in facilities management, maintenance operations, property management, field operations, or service program support.
