2. Autonomous Agent & Data Governance
• Define policy and architectural boundaries for autonomous Al agents, including tool-execution permissions and escalation protocols.
• Architect data governance strategies specifically tailored for Al training, fine-tuning, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Manage access controls, model version ownership, and secure API data exchange between enterprise systems. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
3. Value Realization & Financial Performance
• Develop methodologies to quantify and track the Return on Investment (ROI) for enterprise Al deployments.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency gains, cost reyuctions, and revenue generation from GenAl initiatives.
• Monitor token usage efficiency and compute costs to drive optimization without sacrificing model quality. (1, 2)
