Summary

We are looking for an experienced Naehas Developer / Rules Expert to join our team for a long-term onsite opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in configuring Naehas platform rules, customer communication workflows, and dynamic content personalization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain dynamic content rules and templates using JavaScript
  • Manage customer communication and marketing workflows within the Naehas platform
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory rules are accurately implemented and triggered
  • Work closely with business and marketing teams to support personalized customer communications
  • Integrate Naehas solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Experience Platform
  • Troubleshoot workflow and rule-related issues and provide timely resolutions
  • Prepare technical documentation and communicate solutions effectively to non-technical stakeholders

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with JavaScript
  • Hands-on experience with Naehas platform configuration and rules management
  • Experience with customer engagement and marketing workflows
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Experience Platform integrations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in regulatory compliance and personalized communication platforms
  • Familiarity with enterprise marketing ecosystems and customer engagement tools
