Experience
10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) with strong expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), SailPoint IIQ
Key Responsibilities
Ability to lead end to end (Design, architect, develop, configure, test, integrate, and deploy) SailPoint ISC solutions
Experience in defining IAM architecture, role models, and access policies for SailPoint ISC.
Experience with migrations from SailPoint IIQ to ISC.
Lead configuration of Joiner Mover Leaver (JML) workflows, access requests, RBAC, ABAC and certifications.
Experience onboarding applications using standard and custom connectors (e.g., AD, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAP, AWS).
Strong understanding of SCIM, REST APIs, JSON, BeanShell, and connector configuration.
Experience in HLD/LLD creation, stakeholder management, and pre sales support (RFP/RFI).
Ability to create transforms for attribute management, develop API based customizations, and mentor technical teams.
Ensure adherence to security best practices, separation of duties (SoD), and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, etc.).
Thorough understanding of identity governance concepts, role mining, and access modeling.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD for IAM automation.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to junior consultants and developers
SailPoint ISC/Identity Now certifications are highly preferred.
