JOB DESCRIPTION
- Client Consultation:
- Engage with clients to understand business processes and requirements related to retirement and pension schemes.
- Provide advice and recommendations on the implementation of pension solutions, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry standards.
- Requirements Gathering:
- Conduct workshops and meetings to gather business requirements for retirement and pension administration systems.
- Analyze client workflows, retirement plan structures, and data management processes.
- System Configuration & Implementation:
- Configure retirement plan modules within software systems, ensuring they meet business needs and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and implement pension-related solutions and integrations.
- Provide user acceptance testing (UAT) support to ensure the system meets requirements.
- Documentation:
- Develop comprehensive functional specifications, documentation, and user guides for system configurations and processes.
- Prepare training materials and deliver training sessions to clients on new systems and processes.
- Project Management:
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure timely completion of retirement system implementations.
- Track project progress and communicate status to key stakeholders.
- Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure that retirement and pension solutions comply with local and international regulations (e.g., ERISA, tax laws, data protection regulations).
- Monitor changes in retirement regulations and advise clients on necessary system adjustments.
- Post-Implementation Support:
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure systems continue to meet evolving client needs and regulatory changes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to retirement and pension systems.
RESPONSBILITIES
- Proven experience in the pension, retirement, or benefits industry.
- Knowledge of pension plan designs, regulations, and compliance.
- Familiarity with retirement management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
PREFERRED QUALIFATIONS
- Experience with pension software tools (e.g., Empower, Alight, or similar platforms).
- Knowledge of actuarial concepts related to pension plans.
- Certification in retirement or pension consulting (e.g., ASPPA, IFEBP).
