Compensation:
Pay Range: $65.00-$80.00 Per HR

Job Summary:
• We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Python development experience and deep, recent Fixed Income domain expertise.
• This role will focus on evaluating, enhancing, and potentially rebuilding existing UI and API automation capabilities supporting a critical trading platform.
• The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience developing solutions within Fixed Income environments and can quickly understand complex business and technology workflows.
• Candidates must have strong knowledge of interest rate swaps, caps/floors, swaptions, basis swaps, cross-currency products, inflation swaps, and other OTC derivatives.
• A solid understanding of trade/deal ticket structures, business validations, and Fixed Income sales and trading workflows is required.
• Recent hands-on Fixed Income experience is the key differentiator for this role.

Required Skills & Experience:
• Strong software development experience in Python
• Recent hands-on experience in Fixed Income Capital Markets

Expertise with:
• Interest Rate Swaps (IRS)
• Caps/Floors
• Swaptions
• Basis Swaps
• Cross-Currency Swaps
• Inflation Swaps
• OTC Fixed Income Derivatives

Strong understanding of:
• Trade and deal ticket structures
• Business validation rules
• Fixed Income sales and trading workflows
• Front-office trading systems and processes
• Experience working with or assessing UI and API automation frameworks
• Ability to partner effectively with business, trading, and technology teams

Work Authorization:
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without current or future employer sponsorship.
