Project Manager USC Homeland Security
* Master's degree in Public Administration, Strategy, Economics, Finance, or a related field with experience in strategic planning, organizational performance management, business process improvement, and performance measurement.
* Demonstrated expertise in developing key performance indicators, facilitating strategic initiatives, analyzing organizational performance data, preparing executive reports, leading cross-functional teams, and communicating complex findings to senior leadership.
* Strong technical writing, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and SQL.
* Demonstrated ability or capacity to develop, analyze, recommend, and evaluate organizational policies, strategic plans, governance frameworks, and performance improvement initiatives through research, stakeholder collaboration, risk assessment, and data-drive analysis.
* Minimum of seven (7) years of supervisory experience.
* Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
* Minimum of seven (7) years of documented experience supporting requirements in Operations and Planning, same size, and scope.
