HRA JOB TITLE: Cloud Security Consultant
Open position – 1 (only best time with Govt agency exp preferred)
Client - New York City Department of Social Services (DSS)
Location: Brooklyn, NY 11238
Hybrid - At least 3 days of onsite is expected
Duration - 3 years (+ 2 years extension option)

Tasks & Duties:
· Objective:
o Develop layered Zero Trust Tagging rules for application & services.
o Review connectivity requirements to the DSS remote sites, Cloud Hosted Applications and Cloud Hosted services.
o Protect infrastructure by reducing lateral movement among threat actors.
· Scope / Tasks Breakdown:
o Identify All Applications, Services and Resources with data communication needs.
o Develop Applications / Dependency Data and Workflow Tagging.
o Develop Visualization of workflows in Splunk or other tooling.
o Review and Classify Services and Resources used across the agency to support applications and other enterprise services.
o Determine / Develop Least Privileged rules for each set of communication needs.
