We are seeking an innovative and data-driven Recruitment Marketing and CRM Specialist to elevate our employer brand and enhance candidate engagement through strategic marketing and CRM initiatives. This newly created position is pivotal in maintaining the company as an employer of choice by crafting compelling outreach campaigns and managing communication strategies through a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) system. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with experience in brand marketing, outreach campaigns, social media engagement, and CRM management.
Position Description:
Recruitment Marketing:
· Execute recruitment marketing content that effectively communicates company’s brand promise.
· Collaborate closely with stakeholders to produce engaging content that showcases our culture, work, and people.
· Leverage various platforms, including social media, job boards, and digital marketing channels, to amplify our employer brand messaging. Conduct market research to understand candidate preferences and trends, using insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
· Manage and maintain a content calendar and social posting platform.
· Track and monitor recruitment marketing campaign results.
CRM Strategy and Management:
· Execute the Talent Community Strategy within Eightfold.
· Ensure efficient candidate relationship management and communication and the health of our talent community.
· Design, develop, and implement campaigns to build and nurture candidate relationships, driving engagement.
· Segment audiences and tailor communication strategies to effectively engage with diverse candidate pools.
· Monitor and analyze feedback to continuously improve engagement strategies and processes.
Analytics and Reporting:
· Utilize analytics and marketing performance data to refine strategies and drive informed decision-making.
· Provide regular reports on talent brand effectiveness, candidate engagement, and Talent Community performance to leadership.
Basic Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
· 5+ years of related experience in talent brand marketing, CRM management, communications, or a similar role.
· Proven experience in developing and executing successful recruitment marketing and CRM strategies.
· Understanding of graphic design and asset creation tools.
· Strong proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing tools.
· Creativity and passion for brand storytelling and candidate engagement.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive strategies.
