Summary
We are seeking a skilled Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) Application Developer with experience in the Mendix platform to support a high-visibility, time-sensitive application development initiative. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and user-centric applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Analysts to gather requirements and assist in system design and development
- Participate in design sessions and contribute to improving business processes and system functionality
- Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes, including workflows and business rules
- Develop and configure Mendix applications, including:
- Microflows and nanoflows
- Domain models
- UI components and pages
- Integrations and data sources
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
- Perform data validation and quality assurance within applications
- Support pre-go-live testing and troubleshoot issues
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide regular status updates
- Maintain project documentation across development and implementation phases
- Troubleshoot application issues and assist with defect resolution
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Low-Code / No-Code (LC/NC) platforms (required)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-visibility projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Mendix (strongly preferred) or OutSystems
- Familiarity with JIRA for backlog and defect tracking
- Experience with SQL Server (querying, reporting, diagnostics)
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Understanding of PCI compliance standards
- Experience with automated testing tools and methodologies
