NTT DATA's Client is seeking a Manufacturing IT Project Manager to plan, oversee, and document all aspects of Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and equipment calibration software projects in PSG.
- Life Sciences industry solution experience is required to manage GMP, validation, and regulatory compliance risks. The Project Manager must possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple sites concurrently to deliver the following new functionality:
- KPI Dashboard Expansion for non-OMX Maximo sites (MON / FER / CTD)
- New Key Performance Indicator reports for Asset Bad Actors
- Label Printing for Sites
- EAM Archival Tool
- OMX Database Encryption
- The project objectives are to work with the business to create and implement a global standardized EAM solution for Preventive Maintenance (PM), Computerized Maintenance Management (CMMS), and Calibration Management systems at TFS.
- The PM role is responsible for delivering multiple new functionalities for OMX across 11 sites as part of end-of-year global initiatives supporting the Maintenance Excellence Program.
- The IT Project Manager coordinates activities across multiple sites to ensure alignment with organizational goals for data migration into GMP Maintenance and Manufacturing Systems, while acting as a key driver of project execution and stakeholder communication.
Role Scope / Deliverables
- Manages key project deliverables for validated environments, including:
- Patch management and system upgrades
- Validated report implementation and metrics
- Validated interfaces with other systems
- Ongoing PPI process improvements for the platform
- Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors, and summarizes project progress
- Coordinates multiple-site projects within program scope, aligned with the Validation Master Plan (VMP)
- Establishes and maintains strong working relationships with internal teams and third-party vendors
- Oversees active site projects with regular status reporting and executive visibility
- Leads resolution of project risks and issues, including resource constraints, with support from leadership, vendors, compliance, quality, SMEs, and IT support teams
- Ensures all program and site deliverables meet regulatory and validation standards for OneMaximo
- Communicates risks/issues proactively and develops mitigation plans
- Prepares detailed project plans, timelines, dashboards, and performance reports
- Works with sites on data analysis and source data readiness for OMX loading
- Optimizes resource allocation across concurrent site projects
Key Skills

- Passion for process improvement and standardization across global teams
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
- 5+ years of Life Sciences industry experience, managing formalized IT projects in regulated (GxP) environments
- Strong Project Management experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives
- Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (OneMaximo) or other EAM / CMMS platforms strongly preferred
- Regulatory, IT compliance, validation, and change management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Experience working in a matrixed, shared-services, and global environment
- Hi-tech manufacturing experience preferred
- Global, cross-cultural experience is a plus

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55.67 to $64.15/hourly ). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
