Job Title : Financial Analyst
Location : Wauwatosa, WI
Duration : 10+ Months Contract
Position Summary
This role is responsible for driving global business unit finance processes and delivering high-quality financial insights to support business decision-making. The position works collaboratively across regional units and corporate functions, partnering closely with regional and global finance leaders to support reporting, budgeting, process standardization, and strategic initiatives.
The role also supports the Global Finance Controller across key operational and analytical activities.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Provide insight on business margin trends, isolating variances by region, key account, and product
- Support new business development reporting, consolidating data and preparing monthly and quarterly management analyses
- Lead fixed cost analysis, isolating variances by function and region
- Prepare monthly global RCG reporting, including presentation slides and analytical commentary
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Own Volume, Price, and Margin (VPM) consolidation for the business unit
- Ensure consistency and quality of the global budget deck
- Support and guide regional controllers through budget preparation and completion
Process Standardization & Governance
- Own global reporting governance and consistency, including:
- VPM reconciliation to P&L
- Customer and product segmentation
- Fixed cost segmentation by nature, region, and manufacturing costs
- Analyze business unit processes to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve consistency and efficiency
Data Management & Global Coordination
- Coordinate the collection of regional sales and fixed cost data
- Manage regional inputs to create and maintain global finance databases
- Drive consistent global consolidation of business unit reporting
Systems, Accounting & Global Studies
- Conduct worldwide studies on accounting practices and SAP usage, including:
- Fixed cost segmentation
- Margin variance categorization
- Gross-to-net sales analysis
- Shared department allocation methodologies
Business Partnership & Strategic Support
- Support global functions such as Product Line Marketing and Key Account Management
- Contribute to key initiatives including connected product lines, sourcing models, and pricing strategy analysis
Context & Work Environment
- Operates within a global, matrixed organization
- Regular interaction with regional and corporate controllers
- May require flexibility to work outside normal business hours to meet global deadlines
- Actively supports and complies with all EHS, OSHA, EPA, and internal safety requirements
- Promotes reporting of health, safety, environmental, near-miss, accident, or injury incidents
Qualifications & Experience
Education & Experience
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Audit roles preferred
- Experience supporting a business unit or performing advanced business analysis strongly preferred

Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
