Job Description:

We are looking for a .NET Developer to support our client by developing, maintaining, and optimizing the central infrastructure, application instances, and databases for a budgeting system.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 12 - 14 years of experience in:
• Senior level .NET development and architecture
• Designing & implementing financial and budget applications in .NET
• , C#, .NET,
• Microsoft SQL Server installation, maintenance, and optimization
• SSIS / integration services
• Disaster recovery design & testing
• Designing and maintaining TDE encryption
• Developing Windows Services
• Developing Web Services
• Designing detailed technical infrastructure diagrams and documentation
• TSM, LightSpeed, VMware, FTP
• Active Reports and/or StimulSoft Reports
• MSTDC configuration and implementation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to mentor state staff on .NET best practices
• Financial institution experience (6 years)
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Working knowledge of state and federal laws, procurement, budget, HR, and payroll processes.
• Experience supporting government budget systems.
