You bring strong architectural discipline and experience designing high quality consumer digital experiences in industries such as insurance, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or CPG, along with a clear understanding of how AI enabled channels, conversational experiences, personalization, and automation are reshaping journeys, channels, data, and integration patterns.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead architecture strategy and solution design for the PRS digital experience portfolio, ensuring decisions are grounded in customer journeys, business value, and measurable experience outcomes

  • Own digital architecture roadmaps and align them to enterprise standards, business priorities, modernization goals, and regulatory, privacy, resiliency, and control requirements

  • Provide architectural oversight across digital initiatives to improve consistency, reuse, operational efficiency, performance, usability, and customer satisfaction

  • Partner with business, product, marketing, design, data, security, and engineering leaders to define target state solutions and guide delivery from concept through implementation

  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, design patterns, and technology standards across the portfolio while balancing speed, innovation, risk management, and compliance

  • Lead high priority architecture initiatives in modernization, SaaS adoption, emerging digital capabilities, reusable experience services, and scalable digital platform components

  • Define how AI enabled capabilities and customer facing AI channels should influence architecture, including conversational interfaces, orchestration patterns, integration approaches, governance guardrails, and reusable AI services, while bringing best practices from consumer facing industries such as retail, hospitality, restaurant, and CPG to elevate personalization, usability, speed, and digital experience quality

Qualifications

  • At least 15 years of relevant architectural and engineering experience leading solution architecture for complex digital platforms in a large enterprise environment

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline

  • Strong background in modernization strategy, application architecture, integration patterns, APIs, microservices, cloud, and reusable platform design

  • Demonstrated experience designing or evolving consumer grade digital experiences such as web, mobile, and MarTech with high expectations for usability, performance, personalization, and scale

  • Experience operating in regulated environments with a strong understanding of governance, security, privacy, resiliency, compliance, and auditability requirements

  • Hands on architectural expertise working effectively with engineering teams on detailed solution design and implementation guidance, while influencing cross functional teams and balancing customer experience, technical quality, speed, and risk

  • Strong understanding of how AI enabled technologies, conversational experiences, automation, and personalization influence digital solution architecture, data flows, integration patterns, and service design, with insurance or other complex regulated industry experience valued
