How you'll make an impact in this role- Cybersecurity Financial Engineering: Direct the granular decomposition of departmental budgets, mapping hardware, software, and professional service fees to specific Senior Director portfolios to ensure absolute fiscal alignment and predictive forecasting.
- Strategic Vendor & Contract Lifecycle Management: Serve as the technical SME for the entire Cybersecurity contract ecosystem (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs), acting as the high-stakes liaison between the security organization and procurement (TRG) to navigate complex renewals and/or new product or services.
- Technical Change Governance (CAB): Lead and facilitate the Security Change Advisory Board (CAB), providing expert technical vetting and risk documentation for all infrastructure and application changes to maintain operational integrity and security standards.
- Procurement Orchestration: Manage the end-to-end Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, translating approved security strategies into formal financial executions and ensuring seamless transition from contract selection to departmental funding.
- Operational Talent Coordination: Architect and manage the critical documentation pipeline for headcount growth, coordinating between security leadership and corporate functions to secure formal approvals for open technical positions.
What minimum requirements you'll needEducation:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- Advanced Financial Data Modeling: Mastery of complex budget tracking and forecasting within specialized platforms such as Apptio, combined with mid-level Excel (vlookups, etc) or granular financial reporting.
- Healthcare Cybersecurity Context: Deep understanding of the operational and financial nuances within a large-scale healthcare security organization, specifically regarding medical device and clinical system vendor management.
- ServiceNow & Governance Tooling: Direct experience leveraging ServiceNow for technical Change Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows to drive departmental transparency and auditability.
